Interesting for sure. I will be really disappointed if we don’t get Vancouver themed powerups/weapons.
If you can’t throw a latte at a driver eating a bowl of noodles while watching a movie on their cell phone, I will be really disappointed .

Those two really sum up metro Vancouver, first one should be a G-Wagen or Range Rover though.
Second one is reality. Young driver, awful driving, expensive car, house, (and likely residency) just maybe purchased with dirty unvetted funds, and probably no more than a slap on the wrist for the incident that led to the video.

That second one was mind boggling, they have to be drunk. I’ve seen lots of shitty international student driving.....but that person must be drunk/ultra-geriatric

That first one could have been epic, she just needed to work the wheel a little more to keep the lower lip off the landing. But I love how she just pulls into traffic like NO BIG DEAL. With a turn signal. From some stairs.
Her oil pan could be gone, there could be stuff hanging off the car...

Did you see the right front wheel? I’m thinking they’re totally drunk and already hit a bunch of stuff.

Yes, part of why they must be drunk

I think we could have a ton of special characters. Real estate agent, homeless person, dishonest landlord.
All great characters

Is one of the tracks going to be set in East Hastings?

No wonder why ICBC is totally fucked right now. I’ve had friends argue a government-run insurance system would be better than privatized (like we have in Ontario) but drivers like this make sure that your rates are fucked regardless of where you live.
Driver licensing in Canada needs to be much, much more strict for many reasons.

She didn’t seem to be leaving a trail of oil, so she may have been lucky there. Would be surprised if something else didn’t get damaged - this is one of those videos that needs sound.

I would agree, but Ontario still has some of the highest rates

I think BC and Alberta might be ahead of us (or at least were recently) . For a while, Ontario was most expensive but it looks like we’re a lot closer now, and it sure as fuck isn’t because Ontario prices went down.
If you’re a driver with a clean history and don’t live in or around Toronto (and we’re talking a pretty big radius) , you’ll get decent rates. So many people live within that radius that there’s a large amount of fuckery. My quotes ranged from $1000 - $1800 depending on the company; I’ve seen newcomers to Brampton with no or limited license history who’ll end up paying in the region of $6000-$8000 per year for a used Civic. It can be really brutal.
